Leadership and culture change begins with a simple conversation. As our world rapidly transforms, leadership needs to evolve for businesses and people to thrive and grow into their full potential.

With over 30 years of experience in designing and facilitating leadership programs for leaders and safety professionals in construction, infrastructure, education and finance, my passion is enabling people to shine in their workplace.

I collaborate with leaders and mentors to empower and support them with practical coaching and conversational skills which can be applied immediately to start creating change.

The result? Confident and proactive employees who take responsibility for their work and safety, producing powerful results for the business while collectively creating a healthy work environment.

My Experience is Extensive

Partnered with a global construction company to develop a coaching culture across all their sites supporting their strategic aim of “Doing Safety Differently”;
Led the rollout of coaching and performance development workshops for high potential employees at a NSW utility organisation;
Developed mentors to use a coaching approach as part of a Women in Construction mentoring program;
Developed thousands of leaders to use coaching as a style of leadership and having coaching like conversations in the corporate and education sector;
Facilitated and supported alliance organisations through Train the Trainer programs so they can deliver them to their clients.

My Clients

My Voluntary Work

In addition to my paid work, I work voluntarily as a reviewer for the global Association of Solution Focused in Organisations (SFiO) in certifying consultants in Solution Focused practice across the globe and lead and host the Solution Focus in Organisations (SFiO) Asia/Pacific Solution Focus Webinar forums for Solution Focused practitioners.

My other voluntary work is with Homeward Bound – a global women in leadership program to help women in STEMM have a voice on the world stage about climate change.

I have coached on this program since 2017 helping to support women in STEMM develop their leadership capacity, as well as to be ready for their three-week voyage to Antarctica.

I am also a mentor with Can Too a charity that helps people learn to ocean swim and compete in ocean swim events whilst raising money for Cancer Research.
