Hi there! In case we haven’t met….

I’m Annette, owner and founder of Annette Gray Consulting, a global coaching and mentoring business specialising in supporting more Women and Non-binary people in STEMM to be the most authentic and confident leaders. Oh, and I also work with their allies as well!

I have dedicated my career to leadership development (30+years) with the last 24 years solely in coaching and mentoring and developing human-centred leaders. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Senior Practitioner Coach and Coaching Supervisor with European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

I love nothing more than helping women and non-binary leaders bring out the best in others they lead with simple, practical conversational skills and tools that helps others grow and shine.
