In partnership with Antonio Delle Donne, I am delighted to offer a new 6-part coaching program designed to help women mid-career take ownership of their careers and step into leadership with confidence and authenticity.

Antonio Delle Donne, recruitment director and I will be sharing the coaching sessions. Antonio will take 3 coaching sessions, and I will do the other 3 sessions to help you learn how to:

• Gain clarity on your next career move
• Present yourself authentically (without the “professional mask”)
• Build self-belief, confidence and career clarity
• Navigate transitions — from deciding your next move to succeeding in your first 90 days
• Take intentional action toward your next career milestone

If you are a progressive leader who would like to learn the skills of leading solution focus coaching conversations, but your organisation isn’t ready to host a workshop, join our online workshop! 

Run in small groups over zoom, the program is delivered in four modules spread over two weeks and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
