What does the Program look like?
Expect a transformative experience held over six months, designed to foster a supportive community, embrace diverse perspectives, and promote both skill development and personal growth in being a wise leader.
- The journey begins with a comprehensive Life Styles Inventory 360 Degree Survey.
- From these survey results, your leaders choose a project to focus on during the six-month Program. Some of the project options they may choose could be:
- Becoming an authentic leader who models respect, wisdom and brings out the best in others
- Overcoming imposter syndrome and owning their place at the table
- Modelling true collaboration that helps lift everyone
- Each month includes a two-hour group coaching session, featuring two participant “hot seats” for in-depth coaching and group feedback.
- With a maximum of 10 participants, the learning experience is highly individualised and focused. Throughout the program, every participant works on a final project aimed at enhancing their overall capability in collaborating.

Payment options
The total cost for the six-month program is $3,195 plus GST AUD.
You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a payment plan with three equal monthly instalments of $1,065 plus GST AUD.
