 What does the Program look like?

 

The Foundations Program gives you a practical framework to strengthen your leadership and coaching skills from day one.

Learn the Solution Focus coaching model so you can collaborate well and influence all conversations.

Develop the 5 key conversational skills like:

  •  Building trust and being present
  •  Listening for the brilliance
  •  Powerful solution focused questions
  •  Showing empathy
  •  Providing and receiving feedback

Experience a way of being that helps people grow and learn and take responsibility.

Coaching demonstrations and time to actually have coaching practices to consolidate your learning and work on real work scenarios.

To support your ongoing success, the Foundations Program also includes after-course support, with check-in sessions, coaching circles, and a review session to help you embed your learning and continue to grow beyond the modules.
