Foundations - Leading Coaching Conversations Program

 You've seen enough leadership training that sounds great in the room and disappears by Monday. You want something your team will actually use - in team meetings, with clients, with each other, not just in a workshop workbook.

 

The Foundations Program is where The Practice of Wise Leadership starts for most people. It's not the only door in, but it's the one that gives your leaders a conversation model they'll use in every part of their week, not just the ones you're watching.

Two days. One model. A team that talks to each other differently by the time they walk out.

What changes:

  • One coaching model they'll use with their team, their peers, their own leader, clients and suppliers
  • Conversations that build accountability instead of dependency
  • The confidence to lead differently, starting the next conversation they have
  • A personal action plan that keeps the practice alive after the workshop ends

Delivered through four online modules, or two days in person, your leaders work through real workplace scenarios and learn a coaching way of being - being curious rather than judgmental and the shift from managing to asking. They practice empathy, active listening and thoughtful questioning until it's instinct, not effort.

To ensure lasting success, the program includes after-support such as check-in sessions, coaching circles, and a final review to help embed your skills and reflect on your impact.

The Foundations Program gives your leaders a practical framework to strengthen their leadership and coaching skills from day one.

Learn the Solution Focus coaching model so they can collaborate well and influence all conversations.

Develop the 5 key conversational skills like:

  •  Powerful solution focused questions

  •  Providing and receiving feedback

Experience a way of being that helps people grow and learn and take responsibility.

Coaching demonstrations and time to actually have coaching practices to consolidate their learning and work on real work scenarios.

To support your leaders ongoing success, the Foundations Program also includes after-workshop support, with check-in sessions, coaching circles, and a review session to help your leaders embed their learning and continue to grow beyond the program.
