Session 2 – Career Toolkit: Application, CV & Profile Readiness
Learn what employers look for and refine your CV and LinkedIn profile to align with your goals.
Session 3 – Nailing the Conversation: Interview, Negotiation & Self Advocacy
Build confidence for interviews, reviews, and salary conversations — and back yourself.
Sessions 4–6: Building Inner Confidence & Authentic Leadership

These sessions focus on mindset, voice, and authentic leadership presence.
Session 4 – Reconnecting with Your Confident Self
Rediscover your strengths, values, and self belief — and learn how to reframe doubt into action.
Session 5 – Using Your Voice with Purpose and Impact
Develop confidence in speaking up, leading courageous conversations, and using a Solution Focused way of having conversations.
Session 6 – Leading Authentically and Setting Your Direction
Clarify your leadership vision, plan your first 90 days of success, and map key relationships.
